I am a Post Master by profession residing in a tiny village of Kanimetta under Mahaboobnagar District of Andhra Pradesh. In 1993, my wife had a dream a day before Sri Venugopal guruswamy’s arrival to our village during his padayatra, that he was scolding her for not providing the padayatra devotees with meals on their route.

We did not know about the padayatra schedule.However, the next day we were surprised to find that Sri Venugopal Guruswamy arriving to our village with other devotees by padayatra. My wife told him of our dream and had the fortune of providing them all with lunch.

In the year 1995, I had the fortune of going to Sabarimala by padayatra with Sri. Venugopal Rao Guruswamy. I was pushing the bicycle, used to carry the provisions for cooking on the way. While on the way from Devanhalli to Budgir village, I was bitten up by a snake. In great pain I shouted “Ayyappa” and fell down. Sri Venugopal Guruswamy came near me, took the dust from the place where I had a snake bite and applied on my fore head, blessed me and went away towards Budgir. I stayed there only.

After some time, I found Guruswamy again reaching near me from Devanhalli side. I shouted at him for leaving me while I was in great pain. He was surprised andsaid that he did not know this incident and again like before took some dust from the place where was bitten and applied on my forehead and blessed me to recover fast.

I realized that Lord Ayyappa had come to my rescue in the form of Guruswamy and will never forget the miracle. Later we found that the dust mark was formed on the forehead of Guruswamy where he had applied dust for me, which was there for about 15 days.
